Raise our vibrations

To begin, I know there is a lot of things going on in the world right now. I am careful not to get too political or opiniated. Unfortunately, I also need to watch the words I say as there is serious censorship occurring online, especially in my country 🙁 However, the information I share here about how to raise our vibration will assist all of us with the shifts and struggles occurring in our world today.

In essence, at the very root of the ‘craziness’ happening, is a more ‘silent’ war. And that war, is a war on consciousness. In fact, once you get past all the b.s., the lies, the fakeness, and the fear tactics you see things as they really are. An assault on us spiritually. Undoubtedly, there is duality here on Earth; the light and the dark.

So, what is our weapon in this fight? It is to raise our vibration. Now, this may seem all airy fairy and silly to some. Yet, I assure you it is anything but. If we can keep our vibration above the lower frequencies of fear, anger, shame, guilt ect, we will triumph. Without a doubt, they are knowingly trying to keep us in lower vibrations. Besides that, they also want us dis-empowered. Hence, we are more easily controllable and unaware of our true nature. Take a step back, and have an honest look around you, at society at large. Can you see the ‘darkness’ and a glaring lack of empathy. As well as, a sheer absence of morality and compassion in each of the different sectors of society?

Raise It Up!

Dr. David R. Hawkins spent decades researching the human psyche and came up with a scale of human consciousness. He wrote many informative books including, ‘Power vs. Force’ and ‘The Map of Consciousness Explained.’ On this scale he developed, it is divided into three sections; The ego (lower levels), Linear mind (mid-range) and Spiritual Reality (the higher scale). I will list them from lowest to highest! Shame, guilt, apathy, grief, fear, desire, anger, pride, courage, neutrality, willingness, acceptance, reason, love, joy, peace, enlightenment. Thereby observing your emotional state using this scale, you can see where your vibration is sitting at! I highly recommend looking further into Dr. Hawkins work 🙂

Keep this at the forefront of your mind; we all have everything we need inside of ourselves already. Although, throughout the years sadly, we forget this as we are conditioned, programmed and (oftentimes) traumatized by the outside world. Therefore, we lose touch with our inner world, where our power lies. All in all, everyone has the ability to heal themselves, be their own source of happiness, and create their own realities. No By-Passing

Certainly, it’s important to note that in no way am I saying to ignore and pretend nothing is going on, and everything is just puppies and rainbows. Primarily, that ‘positive vibes only’ stuff is, in fact, spiritual by-passing. There is a difference between denial and seeing things as they are without allowing it to influence your energy. In the latter, you see the truth and choose how much it effects you. Ultimately, you make the decision of what to do with that information. Knowledge and awareness are our allies, and what we do with them is vital.

Likewise, stay aware, stay informed, and take action when necessary. Just find the healthy balance. Personally, I need to watch how much politics and information I let in as I’m fairly sensitive. Surely, when I feel myself get angry, afraid, or dis-heartened it’s time to take a break. Obviously, those are clear signs my vibration lowered a few notches. Furthermore, really listen to your intuition, as well as, pay attention to how you feel inside 😉 With this in mind, let’s talk about some very tangible ways to raise our vibration together!

Observe Your Inner State

All things considered, let us move on to how we can raise our vibration. This is the fun stuff! Of course, people are unique and what may work for one person may not for another. Simply, pay attention to how certain activities make you feel. That’s how you know what is affecting your vibration. How does your body feel? What physical sensations do you notice? Are you tense or relaxed? Does time seem to slow? Or did time cease to exist? Do you feel present? Is your mind quieter, with less thoughts? Accordingly, ask yourself these questions to better gauge what is either lowering or increasing your vibration!

Ways to Raise

  • Go out in mother nature! Whether for a little walk or simply sitting outside on your porch, be in nature. Bonus if you can be by a body of water!
  • Let the sun shine on your skin. This is a part of nature of course but deserves it’s own category!
  • Do some grounding/earthing. There is tons of research to fully back up how powerful this practice is!
  • Get boogyin’ baby! Dance, in any way, shape or form. Let self-expression and energy flow through you and out of you!
  • Eat and drink healthy, whole and nourishing foods. What we eat has a huge impact on our vibration! Try a nice cup of soothing tea. Read my post on nervine herbs for more info.
  • Drink clean, mineralized and structured water. I won’t get into the structured water today, but do a little research on it if you get a chance.
  • Laugh! Laughing is seriously underrated for it’s healing abilities. Pay attention to your inner state after the next time you have a true belly laugh, it’s cool!
  • Say at least 5 things you are grateful for. Gratitude seriously does wonders on your energetic state! Try it, I dare you 😉
  • Journal! The power of expression through the written word is real guys.
  • Do Breathwork! Nowadays, there might be a million different breath practices out there. But, pick one and give it a shot.
  • Meditate! This is a no-brainer, meditation is constantly brought up for a reason. Try it for however long works for you. Five minutes? Great. 10 minutes? Awesome. 20 minutes? Deadly!
  • Practice presence. This one is something I work at all day, everyday. It’s quite difficult, you need patience and determination to keep it up. You are constantly guiding yourself back to the present moment, over and over! On the other hand, it’s so worth it!! Overall, this is where the magic happens 😉
  • Enjoy your hobby and/or passion. Do that thing more that makes you happy and feel like a little kid again. Painting, quading, singing, biking, surfing, playing hockey, writing, jewelry making, crafting, swimming, jogging, ect. Indeed, whatever that thing is that you love doing, do it!!
  • Move your body and exercise! It doesn’t really matter in what way, for how long or how hard you go. Simply, get your butt up and move ha ha.
  • Take a bath. Pour some nice bath salts in the tub, light some candles, turn on some relaxing music or a podcast and melt away, mmmm!
  • Get some energy work done; reiki, acupuncture, color therapy, sound bathing, quantum-touch healing, whatever floats your boat. There’s endless types out there, pick one you like and go!
  • Sing loud and proud! I thoroughly enjoy belting it out in my car or shower! Such a great release!
  • Bear hug someone you love! If a bear hug is too aggressive, then go for a normal hug, that’s cool too.
  • When you feel tired or lacking energy, take a nap or have a rest in bed. Lounge, lay, relax. Our bodies don’t always need to go-go-go. At the same time, in-action can be just as needed and necessary as action! Listen to your body.

In the End

Without a doubt, there is something for everyone on this list. Clearly, I could go on for days on different ways to raise our vibrations! Above all, play around with things that make you feel genuinely good. Where it is actually feeding your soul and not your ego. Now, do more of that!

    I so LOVE this post and such true words being written here! I can see the darkness and the lack of empathy and appreciation in society today. There is also a spiritual attack going on too. It is very sad times that we are living in and very sad that you have to be worried about expressing your opinion without being censored.
